Rajesh Pereira is the Founder of Matrix AVE. He started the company way back in the year 1999 in UAE. His passion is music and events. As a young musician back then he felt the need to support other musicians and started representing freelance artist by offering entertainment solutions for corporates as well as social events. He realized that clients had to hire a 3rd party for AV support , staging & lighting for the entertainment acts he was providing, so to make life easy offer complete solutions for his clients he invested in Sound, lights, staging, LED screens, and special effects AV rentals to support the entertainment activities. Eventually, the business grew due to excellent client-centric service and Rajesh pivoted the business to entire solutions for companies looking for end-to-end experience, not just an AV or entertainment supplier.

Today Matrix AVE caters to Destination Management companies, Exotic wedding planners, Conference organizers, Event planners, 5-star hotel properties, Multinational companies and National/Local companies offering end-to-end experience and solutions for their events be it conferences, awards ceremonies, weddings, product launches, property launches, car launches, warehouse openings, National day celebrations, graduation ceremonies, prom parties or just a simple staff annual gathering.
